Terms & Conditions

These draft terms describe the intended service workflow for clients and talent.

Draft for review. Before publishing, confirm the legal business name, jurisdiction, payment provider, commission, cancellation/refund rules, intellectual-property terms, and dispute process with a qualified local adviser.

1. About these terms

These terms are intended to apply to services offered through BusinessDevs by [Legal business name] (“BusinessDevs,” “we,” or “us”). BusinessDevs is operated from [Registered address and jurisdiction]. They apply to clients, talent, and visitors who use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Clients and talent must provide accurate information and keep account details up to date. Talent profiles, identity details, skills, rates, and portfolio materials are subject to agency review. Account access, login, verification, and user-specific inboxes will be governed by the final production service rules.

3. Service requests and admin approval

A client may request a service through agency assignment or request a direct hourly specialist. A service is not authorized to begin until BusinessDevs admin approves the service scope, assigned talent, rate, and start conditions. The approved order should record deliverables, estimated hours or package, fees, timing, and any assumptions.

4. Fees and payment

Hourly rates and monthly packages are shown on talent profiles or in an approved order. Custom project prices are confirmed in writing before work starts. Payment processor, currency, taxes, agency commission, payout timing, refunds, chargebacks, and any funds-holding arrangements must be stated in the final order and finalized before launch. The current website draft does not process payments.

5. Delivery and client approval

Talent submits completed work for client review. The client may approve it or request changes in line with the agreed scope. Client approval may trigger a payout workflow under the final payment terms; approval in this website draft only changes a demonstration status and does not transfer money.

6. Changes, cancellation, and disputes

Rules for revisions, client delays, talent unavailability, cancellation, refunds, disputes, and resolution timelines must be specified in the signed order or final policy. [Add your cancellation, refund, and dispute-resolution rules.]

7. Client and talent responsibilities

Clients should provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and lawful materials. Talent should perform the approved scope professionally, protect client information, and flag risks or delays promptly. Neither party should share confidential information except as needed to deliver the approved service.

8. Intellectual property

Ownership, licenses, third-party materials, and rights to use work samples must be agreed in the order. [Specify when rights transfer, whether full payment is required, and any portfolio-use permissions.]

9. AI tools and professional review

AI tools may assist with research, drafting, automation, or analysis. AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied on for important business decisions. The service scope should identify any human review and client approval steps.

10. Liability and governing law

Any limits on liability, warranties, indemnities, and governing-law provisions must be reviewed and completed for the applicable jurisdiction. [Insert governing law, venue, and legally reviewed liability terms.]

11. Contact
